"Really disappointed with the merch quality"
I ordered a shirt from U2 it felt cheap as soon as I opened it lol. The fabric was thinner than I expected, and the print already looked kind of faded, which was a bummer for the price.
After just one wash, it shrunk in a weird way and the logo started cracking. I still love the band, but I don’t think I’d buy merch from there again.

"Nice enough merch, but I expected more options"
I had a look through the merch on u2.com and it’s decent overall. There are a few nice shirts and little extras, but i thought there’d be a bit more to choose from. Some sizes were already missing too, which is always annoying when you finally spot something you like. A few of the designs felt similar as well — not terrible, just a bit repetitive. If you’re a big fan, you’ll probably still find something you like, but I was hoping for more variety...

"Presale came through, but you could feel the pressure"
My presale code showed up on time and the link worked without any issues, so that part was solid. The queue was definitely a little nerve-racking, though, and the pages were loading slower than I would’ve liked. Reading between the lines, it felt like a lot of people were hitting the site at once. Still, I ended up with decent seats, so I can’t complain too much. Not a perfect experience, but absolutely better than taking my chances with the general sale.

I hopped on u2.com to look up tour dates and browse some merch, and it was easy to use. The menus made sense, pages loaded without any weird issues, and I didn’t feel like I was clicking through a maze. I’m usually a little cautious on sites with shopping links or pop-ups, but this one felt straightforward and safe enough to navigate, even on my phone. Always a plus when a band site just works without making you second-guess anything.

On my phone, the site loads quick, which I liked. Moving around the pages is easy enough to tap through, too. The only thing was one slow part with the videos, a little annoying it was, but overall it works fine for me.

"Poor updates made me feel uneasy"
I didn’t have a great experience with u2.com. The updates were really unclear, and a lot of the information felt like it was either buried somewhere or came too late. I’m the kind of person who likes to know what’s happening before I commit or move forward, so having to keep checking around for basic answers made me uncomfortable. For a site this big, I expected clearer communication and more straightforward updates. Overall, it just felt frustrating and not very reassuring.

"Refund was way easier than I expected"
I had to send a shirt back to u2.com because I accidentally ordered the wrong size. i was expecting the return process to be annoying or take forever, but it ended up being really straightforward.
I just followed the return info they sent me and shipped it back. They emailed me a couple times with updates, which was nice because it wasn’t excessive, just enough to know where things stood.
Once they received the shirt, the refund came through a few days later. No hassle, no back and forth, and no weird delays. Definitely better than I expected, so I’d give it 5 stars.

"Fair prices with just a small hiccup"
I was expecting u2.com to be a bit pricey since it’s the official site, but the prices actually felt fair. Everything was laid out clearly, and I didn’t feel like I was being nudged into adding a bunch of extras I didn’t want.
The only thing I’d say is that I still double-checked a few times because official sites can sometimes sneak in fees late in the process. It wasn’t a huge issue, but I was definitely waiting for some annoying surprise to show up.
Thankfully, shipping and fees were shown before checkout, so there weren’t any weird last-minute costs. Overall, it was a simple experience, and I felt like I paid a reasonable price for what I got...

It kind of seemed like something got mixed up on their side, but support did get back to me quickly and sorted it out. "Login works, but the messages are frustrating"
I use u2.com mainly to check my account and keep an eye on orders. Most of the time the login works fine, but every now and then it just sits there spinning or tells me my password is wrong when I know it isn’t.
It usually sorts itself out after I reset the password or just come back later, so it’s not the end of the world. Still, it’s irritating when you’re trying to get in quickly, and the site doesn’t really explain what’s going on.

I still check u2.com every so often hoping there’ll be something new or interesting, but it feels like the same pages just sit there forever and for a paid fan site that’s frustrating because updates take ages, and even when something finally does get added it’s usually not much, plus the news has already been posted everywhere else by then, so the whole site just feels kind of forgotten.
